Telomeres are sections of DNA at the end of each chromosome that can determine present biological age versus age in years.
When cells replicate, its telomeres become shorter & when the telomeres are totally consumed, the cells are destroyed.
What To Do
- Increase physical activity to reset proper metabolic tone.
- Address weight issues due to their inflammatory nature.
