Sulfur is needed by the body for:


Sulfur containing foods include broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, kale, bok choy, watercress, arugula, wassabi, onions, garlic, radishes, mustard, turmeric, meat, nuts, seafood, eggs and leafy dark green vegetables.
