EFA Spa Treatment… At Home

Slowly pour 8 ounces of organic oil over the head allowing it to cover the entire body.


Rub oil all over the body:  knuckles, elbows, heels, head & hair for 30 minutes, allows the body to absorb as much oil as possible.


Blot excess oils, wrap towel around the head,

and go to bed.
