Protocol

A root cause of many illnesses is metabolic acidosis or relative acidity caused by a small reduction in pH.

Too acidic blood pH pulls calcium & other minerals from the bones to normalize pH.

Bone broths provide minerals to help regulate pH.

Use bones from healthy animals, range fed beef is higher in omega-3 fatty acids & conjugated linoleic acid - may also use fish, chicken & lamb bones.

Organic vegetable cubes can really be an asset.
