Tips To Possibly Lessen Arsenic Risk
- Do a regular therapeutic detox.
- Thoroughly rinse rice until water runs clear.
- Check your municipal water report for arsenic.
- Cook and drain rice (like pasta).
- Choose aromatic rice shown to have lowest levels of inorganic arsenic: basmati & jasmine.
- Limit brown rice consumption, bran holds on to higher levels of arsenic.
- Choose California rice over other states, arsenic levels were lower.
- Children should not drink rice milk & serve infant rice cereal no more than once a day.
